Shipping Partners & Methods

To ensure the safety and speed of your unique heritage pieces, we exclusively use premium international couriers:

• Primary Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
• Tracking: All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Processing Time: Each piece is inspected and packaged in our Chengdu workshop. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment.
• Free Shipping: We offer Free International Express Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
• Standard Rates: For orders under $50 USD, a flat shipping fee of $7 USD applies.
• Estimated Delivery:
  • North America & Europe: 5-8 business days.
  • Asia Pacific: 3-5 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 7-12 business days.
