Our Promise

We want you to feel the same joy in owning a JinXu piece as we felt in creating it. Because our accessories are handcrafted using rare, UNESCO-recognized materials, we maintain a strict standard of quality and service.

Returns

• Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original burgundy velvet packaging with the Certificate of Authenticity intact.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our concierge at support@jinxu-atelier.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
